This set of 20 clips is from from the historic International Carnival City Congress held during the 28th FECC Reunion Ploermel, Brittany France. There is another set from Sousse, Tunisia, the host of the 2007 Carnival City Convention and the first time the Federation of European Carnival Cities had met in an Arab nation or Africa.
