TRANSIT: Plane to Train:
Copenhagen Airport [served by nearly 70 airlines.
Rail -
the
airport's station is located underneath
Terminal 3 on the
Øresund Railway Line and is served by
Øresundstogene, the main way to get into the city
centre, and to Helsingør, to Malmö, and other Swedish
cities. Danish intercity trains terminate at this station,
going to places in
Denmark such as
Esbjerg,
Århus,
Frederikshavn and
Padborg, where connections are available for trains to
Germany.

German National President Ms.
Marion Hirche receives a gift from the Mayor of Landkrona Bertil Hallengren
via Swiss Diplomat and FECC Auditor Lars Algell in June at
Patras Greece XXX Congress. Ms. Hirche is planning on
bringing a gift for the Mayor from her East German Karneval
capital town of Cottbus, a case of the local beer known as
Landskrona! |

Germany/Deutschland
On 27th June 2010 an information meeting for the German members in the
region of Cologne was organized. While participation was too little,
at the meeting in Luckau were delegations of 4
new FECC associations from the East German regions. During these
meetings the national president Ms. Marion Hirche and Ms. Peggy
Schönemann of the Cottbuser Narrenweiber told their experiences
during the Patras Convention. Also several pictures were shown.
Moreover the members were informed about the Dies Natalis in
Landskrona (Sweden) 1-3rd October 2010.
The national president of FECC
Germany was informed about the InterKarneval-Messe (Carnival Fair)
and offers in Cologne at 26th June 2010. Here Ms. Hirche had meetings
with several German federations like BDK and FEN. The conclusion was
that only the FECC was celebrated for the exchange of carnival groups on
the international level. FECC Germany has plans to be presented with
its own booth at the InterKarneval 2011 from 18th-19th June 2011.
At the
recent Fair there were
representatives from FECC Germany and FECC Luxemburg. The
international vice-president Roland Breyer took part during the
discussions(!)
Since 28th June 2010 the FECC
section Germany had a new Internet-presentation, which is even more
modern and better conveniently arranged. FECC member Mr. Kay Passmann
(marketing and event specialist from Cologne) had prepared this new
Site. There is a possibility to do promotional activities and
advertising. Germany will be happy if members and their sponsors
will use this opportunity. The incomes are for the FECC Germany,
which can be used to exchange FECC member groups. For interest please

On 18th September the first
national board meeting with the new elected board members will take
place. The vice-president Jürgen Schmidt had organized the setting.
On the agenda is written the themes : promotion , relationship with
our members, exchanges of groups , Internet, Dies Natalis 2010 and
participation for various events in the season 2011/2011. The
following board meeting in Germany has been planned on 28th January
2011 in Cottbus in connection with broadcasting the TV carnival
show.
Am 27.Juni gab es
Informationverantstaltungen der FECC Sektion Deutschland in Köln und
in Luckau. Während in Köln am 27.Juni die Beteiligung äusserst
gering war, waren in Luckau am 29.Juni die vier derzeitigen
deutschen FECC-Vereinen der neuen Bundesländer vertreten.
Präsidentin Marion Hirche und Peggy Schönemann von den Cottbuser
Narrenweibern berichteten bei beiden Terminen über den Aufenthalt
bei der Convention in Patras und zeigten Bilder und Souvenirs.
Ausserdem wurde über die Vorbereitungen des diesjährigen Dies
Natalis in schwedischen Landskrona gesprochen.Vizepräsident Helmut
Wagener aus Düsseldorf kündigte die Neuaufnahme eines
Einzelmitglieds an.
Die Präsidentin der
FECC Sektion Deutschland informierte sich auf der
Interkarneval-Messe in Köln am 26.Juni über Karnevalsangebote. Dort
kam sie mit Vertreter des BDK und von der FEN ins Gespräch. Dabei
stellte sich heraus. dass sich nur die FECC den Austausch von
Karnevalsgruppen auf internationaler Ebene auf die Fahnen
geschrieven hat.Die Wettkämpfe der deutschen
Männerballettmeisterschaft wurde teilweise verfolgt.Es ist geplant.
bei der Interkarneval 2011 vom 18.und 19.Juni in Köln mit einem
eigenen Stand vertreten zu sein. Auf der Messe trafen sich vertreter
der FECC-Sektionen Deutschland und Luxdemburg, u.a. war auch der
Vizepräsident des international FECC Vorstandes Roland Breyeer bei
den Gesprächen dabei(!)
Seit 28.Juni hat die
FECC Deutschland einen neuen Internetauftritt, der noch moderner und
übersichtlicher gestaltet ist. Unser Mitglied Kay Passmann,
Marketing- und Eventfachmann aus Köln , hat diese Seite gestaltet
und betreut sich auch. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Werbung auf
dieser Seite zu schalten. Wir würden uns freuen , wenn unsere
Mitglieder diese deutschlandweite Werbemöglichkeit ihren Sponsoren
anbieten würden. Eine Schaltung wäre wünschenswert, um so etwas für
die FECC-Kasse zu tun (Geld, was wir auch für den Austausch von
Gruppen gut gebrauchen könnten!) Interessenten melden sich bitte bei

Am 18.September
findet die erste Vorstandssitzung des in Hamburg gewählten Vorstand
statt. Vizepräzident Jürgen Schmidt hat dafür das Ambiente
organisiert. Auf der Tagesordnung stehen hier die Themen
Mitgliederbetreuung und Mitgliedergewinnung, Gruppenaustausch,
Internetauftritt, Dies Natalis 2010 und Teilnahme and
Verantstaltungen bzw. Umzüugen in Deutschland in der Session
2010/2011. Als Gast wird Internetfachmann Kay Pasmann erwartet. Die
nächste Vorstandsitzung ist für den 28.Januar 2011 in Cottbus mit
anschliessend dem Besuch der Fernsehsitzung geplant.

The summer carnival of Vrjnaska
Banja (17th July) did attract delegations and groups from 8
countries. (Montenegro, Macedonia, Portugal, Croatia,
Netherlands, Slovenia. Romania, Malaysia ). A scouting team
of the international FECC board has visited several places
in connection with the 31th FECC Convention 2011.

Hotel Breza has been
chosen as our official hotel for the World Carnival City
Congress in June 2011.
 In collaboration with the
Belgrade Tourist Board there has been decided to stay one
night in Belgrade.
Der
Sommerkarneval von Vrjnaska Banja (17.Juli) hat viele
Vertreter und Gruppen aus 8 Länder hingezogen (Montenegro,
Mazedonien, Portugal, Kroatien, die Niederlande, Slovenien,
Romänien und Malaysien). Ein Erkundungsteam des FECC
Vorstandes hat verschiedene Orten besucht in Bezug auf das
31.FECC Treffen. Hotel Breza ist ausgewählt worden als unser
Hotel. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkehrsamt von Belgrade
ist beschlossen das wir eine Nacht in Belgrado verbringen.

2.internationale Sommerkarneval wird am 28.August 2010

Der
Sommerkarneval von Sabac findet statt am 7.September 2010.

Vrnjački karneval first became loved
between World War I and II and was resurrected in the early
'60s when the Vrnjacka spa town
organized a carnival parade. Unfortunately this event lost
its momentum and gradually went into oblivion, until
the tourist sports center Vrnjačka Spa "takes the initiative
and founded the" International Vrnjačka Carnival.P The first
"International Vrnjačka carnival was held from 12.07. do
17.07.2005. to 17.07.2005. and incorporated over 40
different entertainment, cultural and sports events. The
central event Vrnjačkog carnival, a big international
carnival procession, in 2005. The carnival brought
together 34 groups from the country and abroad.
Carnival procession numbered over 1,500 participants. For
the second carnival with a children's carnival parade added,
Vrnjačka carnival became a member of the Federation of
European Carnival Cities (FECC). Vrnjačka Carnival with the
ambition of occupying an important place in the calendar
world carnival events. |

Netherlands
On 24th July 2010 a
grand jury had elected the 29 years old Laila Blancheville as
Queen Summer carnival Rotterdam. The Rotterdam Caribbean Carnival
takes place on 31rst July in the Center of Rotterdam. On Friday
30th July will be the "Battle of the Drums".Here will be the
election of the best drum band of the Netherlands.

hat eine Jury die 29 jährige Laila Blancheville gewählt als
Sommerkarnevalköniging Rotterdam 2010. Der Rotterdamer
Karibischen Karneva; findet statt am 31.July 2010 in Zentrum von
Rotterdam. Am Freitag 30.Juli findet der Wettkampf der Drums
statt. Hier wird die beste Niederländische Drumband gewählt.
