"FECC Hymn" with video from Ovar Carnaval
Description of our logo: from a little flower into a star, and finally into a smiling star. A smiling star does symbolize happiness, peace, success and to assume the mask of a film star or Carnival Royalty.

The world's largest, most diverse body dedicated to the promotion and preservation of people's festivals and parades.
Over 500 members and organizations representing 100 Cities in
52 countries support the work of the federation and its growing member network.

* At the 2013 FECC Convention the membership voted to allow the E in FECC to mean "Every" as well as European by virtue of its vote to give full voting privledges to all admitted members. At the 2004 FECC Convention the membership voted to rename itself the Federation of European Carnival Cities which translates more appropriately than "Foundation" into the large family of FECC languages.
Three Cheers:

YASSOU  YASSOU  YASSOU!
