The 2006 FECC Carnival Cities Convention in Novi Vinodolski, Croatia concludes above with the passing of the FECC flag to 4 representatives from the Carnival of Sousse in Tunisia.

 The 2007 reunion dates will move to the third week in April to better accommodate  the many members who produce May Carnavals around the world. This means the next two Conventions will be held in countries which proudly speak franais, and-- like Carnaval, honor beauty as a high principal of art.
